Company was established in 2016 past 8 years, WBG1 has managed extensive home renovation projects as investor “flips” for more than 100 residences in Essex County, including 7 new construction builds. We’ve had consistent success with Investor clients due to the high level of service provided that include but not limited to project management, construction quality assurance, and Co-development.
We are committed to the respectful, thoughtful development of low-income areas of New Jersey. Our projects provide opportunities for job growth and urban revitalization while seeking to revitalize communities that have been neglected and restore to the beauty that once thru rehabilitation of dilapidated properties or building housing in lots that once stood vibrant structures.
WBG1’s owner has a deep understanding of the needs of other residents and the challenges that result from the acute shortage of quality and affordable housing.
To aid in the affordability of the development, we will utilize HOME funds which will make apartment rentals more affordable.
WBG1, its architects, and subcontractors are both experienced and skilled in bringing sustainable building to Newark. We will exceed the requirements of local and state sustainability program recommendations and green building guidelines by utilizing high efficiency heating and
cooling systems, water heaters, and glass. Most materials will be sourced locally.
WBG1 will also continue to work with local nonprofits to ensure equity while simultaneously developing housing that meets the needs of both the community and the City.
